Hou rekening met het volgende: - Deze rustieke hut is schattig en schilderachtig, maar is geen luxe verblijf - Dit is een klein A-frame (500 sq ft) in een kleine buurt en is niet afgelegen in de bossen (er zijn buren aan weerszijden) - De trap naar beide slaapkamers is ERG steil en smal (bekijk de foto's voorafgaand aan de reservering)

Ontspan in het bos in dit gezellige, off-grid A-frame in de regio Sebago Lakes. Ontspan en ontspan rond het vuur terwijl je 'weg van alles' bent, maar toch in de buurt van geweldige restaurants, stranden en meer! Deze hut is 'off grid' en beschikt niet over stromend water of elektriciteit. De ruimte biedt zonne-energie die alle lichten, ventilatoren en oplaadapparatuur van stroom voorziet. Er is een pomp op batterijen die je drinkwater uit de gootsteen geeft. Er is een potje porta op het terrein.

Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Carriage House has 2 bedrooms for an additional $50 per night. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away.

There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.
