Private entrance. Comfortable king size bed with private bathroom. Has small fridge , microwave and Kuerig coffee machine. Small separate sitting room. Flat screen tv in bedroom. Walking distance to downtown Newport. We do have another similar unit at same location called Captain’s Quarters. 3 night minimum during music festivals . We will accept a 2 night minimum during music festival if that is all that is available.
