Spectacular ocean view apartment in Palm Mar

Totally renovated apartment with direct ocean view. Apartment situated on stone throwing distance from sea shore. It has comfortable queen size double bed in beautiful bedroom and big sofa in spacious and sunny living room. Sofa can be easily transformed into double size bed. There are high speed Wi fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwashing machine, toaster etc. From South facing terrace you can enjoy marvelous view of blue ocean surface shining under the bright sun and if you are lucky you can see dolphin or whales, which are many in this area. There is an open air heated in the winter period swiming pool on the roof of the complex where you can relax and burn under the sun. A lot of restaurants, bars and cafes of various styles and cuisines, fresh bakery are situated just across the street. Pharmacy and GYM are located on the ground floor of the complex. This licensed and cozy apartment is run by a local family. It has an urban feeling and located in a residential area of San Isidro. The location is centric and convenient. The south airport is only 5 minutes by bus and then 5 minutes walking. Many supermarkets, shops and restaurants are walking distance. El Medano beach is just 5 minutes by car/bus. Enjoy and relax with garage parking, elevator, air conditioning and more. Enjoy Casa Lina where the mornings are slow and the evenings are still.
