You will have your own A/C with cold and heat mode and a TV with Roku and Disney+ We are only 10 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip. You can get to the airport in 8 minutes. Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights.
