Casita Aurelia

Casita Aurelia is located in the historic village of La Calera, Valle Gran Rey. Enjoy extensive ocean views and a tranquil garden terrace with papaya and frangipani trees. Three beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk passing by banana and vegetable gardens. Shop at the local organic farm or eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the Valle. The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.

El apartamento “Los Mirlos 1” está situado en la zona de Borbalán. Es una parte muy tranquila, rodeado de naturaleza y con unas vistas maravillosas a las montañas. A 300 metros de la playa de Vueltas y 650 metros de la playa de La Puntilla. The apartment “Los Mirlos 1” is located in the neighborhood of Borbalán. This is a peaceful zone, surrounded of nature and such wonderful views of the mountains. 300 meters away from Vueltas beach and 650 meters away from La Puntilla beach.

Palomera-3 (Borbalán, Valle Gran Rey)

Palomera 3 ist die dritte Apartment von Palomerahaus, die an der Rückseite des Hauses liegt. Jedes der drei Apartments von Palomerahaus ist komplett ausgestattet und gehen alle drei Eingangstüren auf eine große Terrasse hinaus, die teilweise überdacht ist. Die Terrasse hat ebenfalls einen sonnigen Abschnitt und wird durch einen mit Büschen bepflanzten Teil begrenzt. Außerdem gibt es zusätzlich eine große Sonnenterrasse auf dem Flachdach, die sich über das gesamte Haus erstreckt.

Unsere Casita ist ein feines, neu gebautes Ferienhäuschen mit gr. Terrassen, Pool (nicht für Kleinkinder!) und schönen Aussichten zum Meer und in die Berge. Es liegt sonnig auf einem mit Palmen und Oleanderbüschen bewachsenem Grundstück im oberen Teil des malerischen Treppenviertels La Calera. Die Casita hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kochherd mit Induktionskochfeldern, ein Duschbad, WLAN und deutsches Fernsehen. Gemütlich und komfortabel für 2 Gäste.
