Sonnenstudio mit Terrasse, Playa San Juan

Schönes Studio mit großer Süd Terrasse. Für Paare oder Alleinreisende die im sonnigen Süden nah am Meer eine relaxte Zeit genießen möchten . Der Strand ist in 7 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum zubereitet von Speisen benötigt. Im Ort gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und nicht überlaufen. Das Wetter sehr sonnensicher. Die Terrasse lädt zum relaxen ein. Auch eine Tauchschule gibt es im Ort.

Fantastic sea/beach view of the black, fine-sand beach, which is protected from waves by a breakwater and can be reached in a few steps. Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y muy luminoso, en primera línea de playa. A solo 30 minutos del aeropuerto y muy bien conectado con la autopista, podrás visitar fácilmente toda la Isla de Tenerife. La playa está en la misma puerta del edificio, en un pueblito pequeño y acogedor como es Playa San Juan, que cuenta con restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y a la vez mantiene la esencia de su pueblo de pescadores.

The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
