Apartamento a primera línea de playa, 1 habitación, 1 baño, salón comedor con sillón cama, cocina, Television Plana ,Lavadora, Internet (Wifi) y una terraza con unas increíbles vistas a toda la playa y al océano Atlántico. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y dos entradas, una por la parte trasera y la otra por la misma Playa. Alrededor del apartamento hay farmacias, supermercado, restaurantes etc. El norte de Tenerife se diferencia por su tranquilidad, naturaleza, gastronomía típica canaria.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Buenavista del Norte te ofrece naturaleza en estado puro, paisajes únicos y lejos de las aglomeraciones turísticas. Cuenta con una red de senderos, caseríos, playa, piscinas naturales y un campo de Golf. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a su tranquilidad, su espacio acogedor, la luz y sus amplias vistas a las montañas y al mar. Mi alojamiento es ideal para parejas, aventureros, y familias (con hijos).

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
