Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

There is an opportunity to rent apartments in the southern Tenerife, which is on the sea side. The apartments have all the necessary household appliances, washing and ironing facilities, bedding, bath and beach towels, hairdryers, TVs, Wi Fi. El Beril has a pool with lounge and table tennis. Free parking.

Incredible view lovely modern flat

The appartement has a wonderful view of the sea and 2 min from a nice swimming spot. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terasse and shops and restaurants all around the place. Privat swimming pool. It has been renovated in May 2019 and has 2 double beds. dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bedsheets and towels, etc. Most suitable for 2 people, but can be rent to 4 people if needed. Only 30‘ from the airport. No private parking but parking possibilities down the road.

Villa que cuenta con tres habitaciones, dos baños, salón-cocina amplios y un precioso jardín con piscina no climatizada. En el sur de Tenerife hace calor todo el año por lo que la piscina se puede usar siempre, sin necesidad de estar climatizada. En la villa hay wifi y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estupenda estancia. En el salón y en todas las habitaciones excepto en una hay aire acondicionado, la que no tiene aire acondicionado tiene ventilador manual.
