Naast de 2 slaapkamers is er een patio, 2 woonkamer en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met open ruimte voor boekenliefhebbers/om spelletjes te spelen. De villa is gelegen in een veilige en prachtige omheinde gemeenschap met 24x7 beveiliging.

Er is een centrale binnenplaats, die de keuken en eethoeken herbergt en in het midden een decoratieve waterpartij. Er zijn 3 tweepersoonskamers met eigen douche. Alle slaapkamers hebben airconditioning en plafondventilatoren. De derde slaapkamer kan op verzoek worden geconfigureerd als een tweepersoonskamer. Er is ook een prachtige tuin met een ondiep privézwembad in de achtertuin.
