Hi, my name is Iris, born and raised in the Netherlands. At the age of 21, I set off to travel the world alone with just a backpack, following my curiosity and love for people, culture, and healing.
Five years ago, I found my home here in Spain, where I’ve built a life rooted in balance and connection. I studied massage therapy, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, and naturopathy, and I love to combine all these tools to support others in restoring harmony!
