Jack’s home was perfect for celebrating our family Christmas. Highly recommend this spot. Spacious living room and great cooking kitchen! Primary bedroom was very spacious and a great view. Fit our family comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub as well! Great location to the beach and downtown.

There were five of us and plenty of space. We walked into town a couple of times. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay. The check in process was very easy. The location is the best. A 5 minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. The house is well laid out and has multiple outdoor seating. The kitchen, baths, laundry are all well stocked. There is beach gear in garage as well. The garage has room for a small to mid-size car with plenty of street parking as well. We will definitely try to book again for our next beach vacation.

Lovely house in a fantastic location - just a short walk from Tamarack surf beach, Carlsbad state beach and the western part of the Lagoon trail. We enjoyed our stay while attending a family wedding and related events in Carlsbad. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that we had a slightly bumpy first night - house was very hot the evening we arrived as a/c had not been prepared and took a while to cool down, and cleaners failed to leave the obligatory shampoo and body wash that airbnbs always offer. But these things got sorted and we had a nice time. Location cannot be beat. Pro tip: if you like Mexican food Lola's 7-up in Carlsbad is the best ever!!! Check it out!
