2 weken geledenWonderful second meal with Isaac ! Everything was absolutely delicious!! BUT... you have to save room for dessert! Oh my!!!
And really appreciate the beautiful presentations of each course.
We will definitely call Isaac again the next time we return to PV - one of our favorite locations!!

augustus 2025Wow, Chef Isaac knows what he’s doing! Sooooo glad we hired him to come cook for my parents’ 60th birthday celebration in PV, it really made the night special and was some of the best for we had all trip - and we’re all foodies who made a serious effort to eat some seriously good food. His Quitlacotche dish was a real standout, along with the Conchinita Pibil, Lobster mole, and Mexican twist on key lime pie. All was fantastic. He presented each dish with a story about it and the whole service was just so friendly and professional. Don’t hesitate to book him, it’ll be a feast to remember!

juli 2025Amazing time!! Chef Issac and his sous chef were exquisite! We received two appetizers, one main and one dessert. Prior to eating any dish he explained exactly what it was, how it was made and the notes and flavors we’d experience while tasting. The mole he made was his grandmas recipe that had been in the family for over 20 years and was DELICIOUS. Cannot recommend enough. After the meal he and his sous chef also cleaned the entire kitchen and made it spotless! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing and food was the best we had during our entire stay. When we’re back in PV we will definitely book again. 20/10 recommend! If you’re going back and forth on choosing a chef, you will not be disappointed with Chef Issac, amazing dishes and presentation. 1st appetizer - tuna carnitas wonton. 2nd appetizer - shrimp tamale with tomato soup, potato’s, and carrots. Main course - swordfish with mole. Dessert - homemade kettle corn atop a cheese mousse with fruits on top. AMAZING!
