Hello! I am a half Japanese, half Filipino Tokyo-based photographer for almost 10 years now. I've always been a homebody, but 3 years ago I started doing and learning anything under the sun. Snowboarding, Golf, Archery, Boxing, and a lot more! I had the pleasure of working with some of the top brands as well as personalities and I have learned a lot that I can apply to my experiences. So fun! I had a short photoshoot with Akira and he was very professional, cordial, and communicative throughout the entire session. Despite the rain, we managed to take plenty of great photos. He also made sure to show me the shots along the way to ensure I was happy with the results. I definitely recommend him if you’re ever in Tokyo and you want to get very unique photos!

If you’re hesitating, then don’t! Akira was absolutely the most knowledgeable and professional photographer. He was able to take all of the perfect ”Tokyo” photos in under 1 hour.

Very talented and communicative; not only did he direct you where to stand, he showed you how to pose and where to look. He also gave great facts for each of the photo locations. A perfect mini tour and great personal recommendations!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Akira is an amazing photographer who will give you very clear instructions on where and how to stand, what to do with your hands, where to look etc. For someone who has no photoshoot experience this was great. My girlfriend and I felt super comfortable in front of the camera thanks to Akira. Communication before and after (regarding editing e.g.) was fast and easy. I definitely recommend Akira if you want a nice and chill photoshoot in Japan!
