We (2 parents and young kids) adored the apartment. Unlike so many investment Airbnb's that have been furnished by Ikea, the furnishing has old-school chalet character. The beds were comfortable - our kids slept like logs throughout the night. As mentioned in another review, the room that the twin beds were in is more like a New York City "room." It's small, windowless and has a curtain for a door, but it does have a closet and it was perfectly fine for our kids, but maybe not so much for more demanding teens or adults. The main bedroom was nice with plenty of storage space.

A few other random notes: the towels were generously large and thick. The shampoo, lotion and soap were noticeably nice. The Wifi was smooth and the TV had enough offerings for our kids to veg out.

The apartment is very conveniently located - near the village, restaurants and to the Office de Tourisme stop of the free MEG shuttle bus.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend a Megève et en particulier grâce a ce logement idéalement situé! En pleins centre ville! Logement très calme et très propre, rien a redire!
Notre hôte a été très réactif, l'arrivée s'est faite très simplement!
Il y a un parking souterrain payant a moins de 150m.
Nous reviendrons!

Had a fantastic stay! The house accommodated our group of ten easily and comfortably and we had everything we could need. It's an easy walk to town and right around the corner from a cable car that takes you up the mountain to gorgeous views and hiking trails. The management team was fantastic - very helpful, attentive and quick to respond.

One note of clarification about the shared vs. private spaces. The sauna and washer/dryer are downstairs in a space that is shared with a staff member who resides downstairs. The listing also mentions that the external stairs are shared. We assumed this meant the stairs outside the house, but it actually refers to the staircase inside the house. You enter the house into a shared stairwell, and then through a second door into your private space. Just a word of clarification to save anyone the shock of finding a stranger in what you thought was your private space. Overall I highly recommend the house and we would definitely stay here again!
