Vladi's place was absolutely stunning. It made 16 people feel at home, had more than enough space and nobody ever felt crowded. The amenities were all fantastic. The steam room, sauna and hot tub were all working and a fantastic part of the house. I could not recommend this house more for a big group looking to take in some great views and feel right at home.

We rented this home for a family reunion of 18 and loved the size, layout, and location. The house has several ensuite bedrooms, which was perfect for our group, and plenty of space to gather. The massive dining table made meals together special, and the views were amazing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

That said, the house shows heavy wear. Cleanliness could have been better (bathroom corners and drains were not clean), and we found many maintenance issues: broken appliances (dishwashers, bar fridge/ice maker, some showers, oven), damaged flooring, worn furniture, and a leaking hot tub. Several rooms were too hot with windows disabled, and there is no A/C. The deck also needs repairs. Communication with the host was slow, and it felt more noticeable given the high rental cost.

Overall, the house fit our group well and we enjoyed our stay, but upkeep and responsiveness need improvement.

Vladi’s house was the perfect place for our family reunion — three pairs of grandparents, four kids and their significant others, and six grandkids all under the age of five. We room for all to have their own space, and room enough for us all to gather. The views from the deck and bedrooms were fantastic, and beautiful. We all agreed that this place really made our reunion special.

The couple of times we had an issue (internet outage, breaker flipping), Vladi and his team were right on it.

Vlad saved us on a Friday night when another host cancelled at the last minute. I reached out to multiple venues after hours, and Vlad got back to us in minutes! His place was right on the golf course, but set back, with peaceful and private views, and a interior that could host a couple with ease to multiple families. We will stay there again!!
