Right around the corner. Not the best service, but for a quick pick-me-up, it's great. Starbucks is a block south on Broadway so take a walk if you don't want to bother with the flighty kids at Oren's

Another great coffee spot! They have a wide selection that changes daily. And includes some seasonal favorites, like pumpkin. They've also got great coffee brewing goodies & great gifts.
