This is one of my favorite local spots. Not only do they have a great selection of drinks, but the food is always surprisingly good for a bar/grill. Their chopped salad is cravable!

This is a great coffee shop. Much smaller than Kissaten, but the coffee itself is just as great, from Counter Culture. They also have baked goods from Balthazar which are a nice treat.

I was so sad when Floridita was closed for over a year. Their cuban food is classic and filling. But the one thing you can not miss is their flan! The creamiest that you'll come by!

This upstate native BBQ joint is a fun atmosphere with a great tap beer selection to pair with their tasty ribs (they have other things, but do yourself a favor and get those ribs!)

As a food tour guide I am often asked for my favorite pizza place and this is definitely on the list! Go hungry though...the slices are twice the size of a regular, and just as great!

These guys know bagels! There's another bagel shop in the area that gets more press and lines out the door...but I'm a true NY'er and to me this is the better bagel by far!

DELICIOUS & Fresh! They use mostly organics and local ingredients to bring you some of the tastiest food in the area. The menu is a bit pricier than other options, but well worth it!
