Situado en el parque natural de Tigaiga, es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar, bien ubicado para conocer el norte de Tenerife. Junto a la ruta, 0.4.0, playa del Socorro al Pico del Teide. En la finca La Espiral que dispone de árboles frutales y verduras ecológicas. En finca La Espiral, hay dos casitas mas VV Verode y VV Drago, Con comodidades como, parking, wifi, smart TV ,Netflix, etc.

Una maravillosa casa de campo retirada, encima del mar de nubes de Los Realejos ( 990m de altitud). Un alojamiento perfecto en la montaña para desconectar del día a día y adentrarse en la Naturaleza. Es una casa entre las Nubes. Esta casa se encuentra a 5 minutos, en coche, del Parque Recreativo de Chanajiga. Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Charco Del Viento, vistas al mar con terraza y jar

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
