This suite is connected to our other unit but has its own private entrance. This suite has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and room and is designed as a 1bdr. It’s surrounded by local bars, restaurants, and Cafes. Only a 10 minute bike ride to Marina del Rey.

This 2 bedroom oceanfront townhouse has direct beach access. The property has two balconies for you to enjoy under the sun with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Dolphins, Seals, and occasionally Whales have been seen on a regular basis from the balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. UPDATE as of May 30, 2025 PCH has reopened as of May 23 — no ID required for access. Hot water fully restored and working perfectly throughout the unit.
