Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Luxury Village Farmhouse

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

The Knotty Pine a Romantic Getaway

Our home is a warm and welcoming cabin located 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge ski resort and a short walk to Sprague Brook Park. The park offers three stocked fishing ponds plus hiking and bike trails. It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.

In a great little town centrally located in Niagara County. 20 minutes to the American Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, NY, 15 minutes to Artpark and the very popular Village of Lewiston, 20 minutes to Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruises, and 15 minutes to the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda. This tastefully decorated, spacious three bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
