Immaculate Open concept balcony with seaviews

Take morning coffee under the shade of a tree on the balcony gathering energy to swim laps in the shared pool below. The apartment itself is decked out in cool shades of grey with red pops of colour in the scatter cushions and interesting art pieces. Entire unit with lovely verandah under the shade of an old leopard tree. Great full sized kitchen. Nice sea view. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Sleeper couch. Private entrance. Swimming pool. Swimming pool, private outdoor verandah. Khombi is always available on site for you. She is our manager. Take a walk to the Virginia Bush nature reserve, then carry on walking to hit the beach. Go one way for fantastic fresh fish, another for great curry and Chinese food, and head to Mackeurtan Avenue for an even bigger choice of restaurants and bars. There are plenty of Uber taxis available in the area very reasonably priced. As emphasis is on privacy, we will not disturb you, Khombi will hand you the keys to your apartment. She will clean when convenient for you. If you are needing anything feel free to call her. There is a sleeper couch suitable for a child. Also camper cot and high chair.

Spacious Centrally located Guesthouse in La Lucia

Located in a very safe quiet safe area just walking distance from well known restaurants and a short drive to the beach this is the perfect place for any family looking for a holiday or group of friends looking for a quick getaway. The guesthouse is spacious open plan and is separated from the Main unit. There is safe gated parking next to the unit. The unit is very centrally located with less than 10 minutes drive to gateway or Kings Park stadium. Please contact me with any further questions.

With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Fully equipped kitchen, double bed with aircon, Wifi, tv with Disney+. Inverter for loadshedding. Solar powered geyser=amazing shower. Separate changeroom&workstation. Beautiful private outside area filled with fruit trees/shade. (For + 4 days: Room serviced every 4 days. Personal washing on request)

The Litchi Tree

Litchi Tree is approximately 1500m away from Virginia beach. Restaurants/fast food places and supermarkets are all within walking distance. We are up on the hill overlooking the sea in a family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Gateway theatre of shopping, La Lucia Mall and Umhlanga Beach & Village. You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.

Beautiful, modern open plan fully equipped apartment with clean lines in quiet leafy greenbelt. Close to Umhlanga and La Lucia business districts, choice restaurants, Gateway and La Lucia Mall shopping centres, beaches, Umhlanga Hospital and Gateway Private Hospital. A stones throw from Crawford La Lucia schools and all local amenities. Beach 3km away. For our business guests, a 10GIG fiber line is available for efficiency.
