Immaculate Open concept balcony with seaviews

Take morning coffee under the shade of a tree on the balcony gathering energy to swim laps in the shared pool below. The apartment itself is decked out in cool shades of grey with red pops of colour in the scatter cushions and interesting art pieces. Entire unit with lovely verandah under the shade of an old leopard tree. Great full sized kitchen. Nice sea view. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Sleeper couch. Private entrance. Swimming pool. Swimming pool, private outdoor verandah. Khombi is always available on site for you. She is our manager. Take a walk to the Virginia Bush nature reserve, then carry on walking to hit the beach. Go one way for fantastic fresh fish, another for great curry and Chinese food, and head to Mackeurtan Avenue for an even bigger choice of restaurants and bars. There are plenty of Uber taxis available in the area very reasonably priced. As emphasis is on privacy, we will not disturb you, Khombi will hand you the keys to your apartment. She will clean when convenient for you. If you are needing anything feel free to call her. There is a sleeper couch suitable for a child. Also camper cot and high chair.

Spacious Centrally located Guesthouse in La Lucia

Located in a very safe quiet safe area just walking distance from well known restaurants and a short drive to the beach this is the perfect place for any family looking for a holiday or group of friends looking for a quick getaway. The guesthouse is spacious open plan and is separated from the Main unit. There is safe gated parking next to the unit. We are Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac, minutes away from central Westville, overlooking the University Campus and Beautiful Palmiet Nature Reserve. Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house with its own entrance. WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests maximum. We do not accept any extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property. Guests also have full access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit.

Situated in Umhlanga, 2km from Umhlanga beach, restaurants Oceans Mall, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Private Hospitals and Religious institutions and Reddam House school. The Cottage has two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom and general bathroom with walk-in showers. There is a living area with a flat-screen TV alongside a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a braai on your patio whilst overlooking the pool and garden.

Private..Recently renovated. Parking garage (remote operated). Incredibly central for all activities in Durban (5 minutes to beach, stadium, Florida rd)…Walk to restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, double bed with aircon, Wifi, tv with Disney+. Inverter for loadshedding. Solar powered geyser=amazing shower. Separate changeroom&workstation. Beautiful private outside area filled with fruit trees/shade. (For + 4 days: Room serviced every 4 days. Personal washing on request)

Compact, eclectic and unpretentious garden cottage in a tranquil and secluded setting.......2 kilometers away from the Indian Ocean. Private, safe and centrally located within walking distance of 7 choice restaurants. Retail stores, library and Medical Center within a 1 km radius. The shower is an experience!! Please note it's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, kettle and a sink. Also please read the check in and checkout times. 24 km from the Airport (19 min)

The Litchi Tree

Litchi Tree is approximately 1500m away from Virginia beach. Restaurants/fast food places and supermarkets are all within walking distance. We are up on the hill overlooking the sea in a family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Gateway theatre of shopping, La Lucia Mall and Umhlanga Beach & Village. You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.

Beautiful, modern open plan fully equipped apartment with clean lines in quiet leafy greenbelt. Close to Umhlanga and La Lucia business districts, choice restaurants, Gateway and La Lucia Mall shopping centres, beaches, Umhlanga Hospital and Gateway Private Hospital. A stones throw from Crawford La Lucia schools and all local amenities. Beach 3km away. For our business guests, a 10GIG fiber line is available for efficiency.
