Bij elk verblijf is standaard een gratis fles rode wijn inbegrepen. De ruimte is rustig voor Montclair en toch centraal gelegen. Onze schoonmaker Mikki is verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken en voorbereiden van de ruimte. Ze is trots op haar werk en we hebben geluk dat ze er is. De volledige schoonmaakkosten gaan naar haar toe. Ik reis bijna uitsluitend met behulp van AirBnb. Als je een ruimte op prijs stelt om exclusief van jou te zijn, zoals ik dat doe, dan is dit waarschijnlijk de Airbnb voor jou. Het zou een voorrecht zijn om je te ontvangen🙂. Groetjes, Alex

Spectaculair uitzicht op het meer vanuit elke kamer en tuin

Onze accommodatie biedt een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op Greenwood Lake en de bergen daarachter. Onze privétuin beschikt over een seizoensgebonden waterval die in een lelievijver met vissen en kikkers stroomt. De schaduwrijke patio biedt een panoramisch uitzicht en een gasgrill. Tijdens de wintermaanden, na het skiën op nabijgelegen pistes, ontspannen in het bad op pootjes of trek je terug in de gezellige sfeer van onze woonkamer, met zichtbare houten plafonds, een gastvrije open haard, een smart-tv, een platenspeler en bordspellen.

Leuke en gezellige, minimalistische studio

Deze zorgvuldig samengestelde Japandi-geïnspireerde studio is perfect voor werken op afstand of een rustig toevluchtsoord. De ruimte beschikt over een gezellig queensize bed, een kleine loveseat en een zithoek. Geniet van snel internet, tv en een bureau voor productiviteit. De suite beschikt over een kitchenette met een koelkast, een magnetron en een koffiezetapparaat. Gelegen in een rustige, veilige buurt, met toegang tot een vuurplaats in de achtertuin voor ontspanning. Ideaal voor een rustig, comfortabel en productief verblijf.

"Cabinessence" is het hele jaar door comfort in een Chestnut Cabin by Greenwood Lake met een klein vleugje "glamping". Wandelen, fietsen, wandelen, paddle boarding, kajakken , kanoën. Restaurants, winkels, drive-in films, antiek in het nabijgelegen Warwick. Herfstkleur, appel plukken, gashaard (in het seizoen). Winter, ski, snowboard, tubing. De lente ziet de natuurlijke wereld wakker worden:) Het hele jaar door aan de hut hangen - is hier speciaal! Elk seizoen heeft zo zijn magie! ( + Covid Verbeterde schoonmaak!)

Zorgvuldig onderhouden privé rustige omheinde enclave met een gerestaureerde vintage 1800 historische boerderij en pastoraal land - 1 uur van NYC.
