Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.<br><br>All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views.

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! o con tu pareja o amigos. Zona muy tranquila y especial de las que quedan ya muy poco en Tenerife. Playa, Piscina, paseos en bicicleta o andando y naturaleza prácticamente virgen. Bien comunicada y sitio estratégico para visitar la Isla en coche a pocos minutos del aeropuerto sur 15km, a 25km de Playa de las Americas y a 35km de la Capital Santa Cruz. Fácil acceso a la Autopista y a 8 minutos a pie de la playa Abades.

Con 3 piscinas comunes en un tranquilo pueblo de pescadores. 5 minutos caminando a la playa. Lo mejor, una amplia terraza desde donde se puede ver el mar y disfrutar de un espectacular amanecer. Fácil aparcamiento. 2 minutos caminando al supermercado. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto Tenerife Sur y 30 minutos del Norte.

El apartamento cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón a doble altura, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Las vistas son inigualables gracias a que se encuentra en una segunda planta y no tiene ningún edificio enfrente. Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
