WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests maximum. We do not accept any extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property. Guests also have full access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit.

The Cottage on Cordia: Your home away from home. Situated in Umhlanga, 2km from Umhlanga beach, restaurants Oceans Mall, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Private Hospitals and Religious institutions and Reddam House school. The Cottage has two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom and general bathroom with walk-in showers. There is a living area with a flat-screen TV alongside a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a braai on your patio whilst overlooking the pool and garden.

We are up on the hill overlooking the sea in a family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Gateway theatre of shopping, La Lucia Mall and Umhlanga Beach & Village. You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.
