We love it here w/Gorgeous view's 3700 ft and hot tub. Comfortable furniture, new granite in kitchen, carpet, comfortably sleeps 7 on comfy beds, full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, paved road, plenty of space for a trailer and carport (great for bikes). Kitchen includes everything you need for your stay (Krieg & drip coffee maker). Full-size washer/dryer. Close to restaurants, ski/tubing resort, river tubing, Ashville, Casino, Gatlinburg and so much more!! If this is not available, we have others.

"Cozy Cuddles" is in high demand as it is minutes walking distance to the parkway. Nestled away in a private community. In the beautiful valley of Pigeon Forge. Minutes away from Museums, Dinner Shows, Dollywood, and shopping. Upon entrance of home you will be greeted by the “Welcome to the Country” sign. It has a clean country farmhouse feel, with vintage lighting and farmhouse decor. Carpeted for the cold season and for the summer it has a pool located right out front. :) and a grill for BBQ!

1.6 miles to Downtown 11 miles to TYS Hang out in the Hot Tub, make s'mores by the fire, then curl up and watch a movie. This stay has a fully furnished kitchen and coffee bar with all the basic cookware you need. Every bedroom has a smart TV and an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress for the best night sleep you’ve ever had. There is a small studio apartment attached to this house. Freshly Remodeled and Published in December Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Enjoy incredible Mountain View from the balcony! Great location. Just couple min drive to Parkway. Also right next to the back roads to avoid the traffic to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. 10 min drive to Walmart Supercenter, Kroger and Publix. 5 min drive to Soaky Mountain and Wilderness Water parks 10 min drive to Tanger Outlet. 15 min drive to Dollywood. 30 min drive to Gatlinburg.

Incredible location 1/2 mi from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Lovely home for everyone to enjoy along with a paved walking trail by the Pigeon River! Dollywood, shopping, restaurants, and lots of attractions are nearby. Open living, kitchen, and dining area make it great for gatherings with seating for everyone. TVs in every room. The game room has air hockey, foosball, and arcade cabinets. The back deck has a hot tub to enjoy after a day of adventuring. Locally and family owned and operated.
