The best Mexican restaurant in northern Vermont, El Cortijo makes it's own tortillas and ingredients are locally sourced. If not entirely authentic (most places in the US aren't at all authentic anyway) the food is extremely good and fresh.

Love their tacos and chips and salsa! Located in an old diner. Fun atmosphere and great margaritas!
