Groove Merchant Records

For many years this small shop has been owned by Cool Chris Veltri. It’s a very well curated selection of records, including collectibles with an emphasis on soul, reggae, breakbeats, that kind of stuff. It started out as a store for serious record diggers, guys looking for rare grooves to either sample or DJ with. And it has that in the DNA. What’s best about it is Chris is really knowledgeable; he's good for pulling stuff out that he knows that someone might like. He often has piles of records behind the counter—if you're nice, he might show them to you.
