The Western Market "Chalets" are 17 unique pop-up stores with goods ranging from homemade soap to artisan ice cream sandwiches. The “chalets” serve as incubators for local start-up businesses selling homemade and local products with the hope that successful stores will move into permanent locations throughout the city.
