Great gourmet pizzas and awesome cocktails. All organic. Trendy place with a lot of outdoor seats. 2 locations; Nørrebro and Vesterbro.

If you lust after an Italian pizza, the best pizzeria SURT in Copenhagen is just one S-train stop away (Carlsberg)! They have authentic pizzas and are very busy so be sure to reserve your table in advance ;-)
