Dessert and cocktail bar Butter & Scotch has rotating seasonal drink themes in a retro diner-decorated space. There are boozy shakes, too, and fancy Jello shots that are deceptively good. On the dessert side, the “Hotline Bling” cake is a chocolatey triumph.
