The chef makes superlative dishes with local produce; to enjoy in a room overlooking the garden and pool, facing the mountains. You won't find a better value Michelin star restaurant anywhere else in France; and that's a promise.

Au pied des montagnes, pays basque , cadre remarquable, y aller le soir ( ou le midi) après un petit circuit en Soule ou en montagne. Cuisine du pays raffinée!
