Try the Southport jet boat if you’re seeking a thrill. For those not needing an adrenaline rush there’s pedalos and rowing boats for hire in summer.
The Marine Lake in West Kirby has a path around it for pedestrians to walk around, the walk is approx. 2 miles - be sure to check the tide times before walking around the lake, on a really high tide the path can become completely covered.
This is a lovely place to walk around the Marine Lake at sunset or try out windsurfing or sailing.
