Great visitor center. Take a tour with a park ranger. Hike the trails. Beautiful scenery. Hard to believe this is only 46 miles from Times Square!! Checkout the website for visitor information.

This is a beautiful wildlife refuge that, at one time, was destined to become an international airport! Folks in New Jersey joined others interested in wildlife preservation and convinced the federal government to step in and preserve the property forever. Great place to hike and enjoy serenity of nature.
