Known as the gateway to the Isles, Oban has many ferries going to the Western isles. Beautiful scenery & on the majestic North west coast of Scotland. Ideal for walkers & travellers of all ages.

Oban is a lovely town and is very busy in the summer. Visitors come to take a wee walk on the promenade with an ice cream or hop on the ferry to the Isle of Mull (day trip) or to the Outer Hebrides to Barra, Harris, Lewis etc. Ganavan sands is well worth a visit, approx 5/10 minute drive from Oban town centre.
