If you are new to Ann Arbor or the state of Michigan, you would enjoy a grip to The Cherry Republic. The original store is 4 hours north of here but you are lucky to have an outpost in A2. Tastings is available on all the wonderful things they sell. All of their items are great for gifts as well as your enjoyment!

You can sample everything cherry and free wine samples. It’s a good place to start down town; it’s right next to a few parking garages.

Michigan is all about cherries and Cherry Republic makes delicious cherry jams, jellies, candies, and wine. There are free tastings of jellies, etc. and great treats to bring home.

Checkout main street shops. Cherry Republic always has free samples and is a great place to get edible souvenirs
