Walk down to State Beach to swim or get some sun. Great place to have a picnic.

Nice beach, but a little more stones in the sand than is preferred. Great place to sunbathe and picnic. You can also rent the state park's shelter house if you check with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.

Open to the public and just a short wall from our cabin. A 900-foot sandy beach and is located close to picnic area and shelters. Great for family gatherings.
