Nagai Park has facilities for enjoying sports and the outdoors, including Nagai Stadium, the well-known venue for the Osaka International Ladies Marathon held every winter, and the 2002 FIFA World Cup preliminary games. The park has two athletic stadiums, ball game grounds, swimming pools, tennis courts, workout facilities, and a sports center for the disabled. 5 minutes walk from JR Hanwa Line Nagai station. This station is 1 minutes ride from JR Hanwa Line Abikocho station which is 8 minutes walk from here.

It has a botanical garden in the center of the park that charges a modest admission fee. It is definitely worth it and has amazing cherry trees to view during the Spring months and plenty of flowers that bloom the rest of the year!

You can explore by bike just one minute from home by bike. there is a cherry sakura blossom.

There is a second largest park in Osaka. many neighbors go to the park around 6am. and they do the radio exercise. everybody do the same exercise with the music.It is so fun!
