"Il Pappagallo" is a famous Bar in Rome cause it is opened EVERY DAY for 24HOURS. It is not a simple Bar; it also sells sweet cakes and cigarettes. Everyday it makes the HAPPY HOUR; you can have a drink and eat all that the buffet included! It is also opened for lunch time!
