The drive up is scenic and it is an interesting spot not just for the lighthouse, but you may spot local wildlife too including whales from the viewing platform during the season. Big tip: Take insect repellent the flies up there are very friendly.

This historic lighthouse has played an important role. Set in spectacular windswept hills, it is well worth the drive. Call into some of the hidden beaches on the way.
