A short walk from Manorafon/ Penbryn, this spectacular coastal walk will bring you to Llangrannog eventually, but stop off half way and you will arrive at one of the most beautiful secluded beaches we know, 'Traeth Bach' (Little Beach), known to the locals as the secret beach. Its a difficult scamble down, but well worth it.

Referred to in lots of articles/websites as 'secret beach, this is unfortunately no longer so much of a secret – but its inaccessibility means you can still find peace and quiet here. Walk south on the coastal path from Llangrannog and you can see Carreg y Ty from the path. When you reach the bridge over the steep ravine, carry on down to the beach instead. It's a bit of a scramble but worth it for the pristine sweep of the bay. Carreg y Ty (house rock) has a cave running through it. To the south is Carreg y Nodwydd (needle rock). Wildlife abounds. Watch out as it can be a bit of a nudie beach in warm weather! Snorkelling over Carreg y Morwynion is recommended. Isolated, so do take care.
