LISTEN: this is a beef butcher, unlike any you've probably ever been to. still a secret, don't ask me why. IF you truly enjoy steak: this IS...THE SINGLE BEST STEAK IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC. remember: I have no BBQ, but as they'll tell you, it's best seared and oven finished.
