BORDER-RIO A place that has several restaurants together. Right in front of the river that cuts through the whole city. One is ZANZIBAR (best to book – tel 218-0120 , with a super Moroccan food Dili. In this same area, which has about 15 restaurants has a Japanese SAKURA FUSION, different Japanese and yummy.
