Quick, easy lunch buffet. The owner and Executive chef Mr Rajendra Rana is one of the best known chefs in the world specializing in Indian cuisine. He started his career as a chef in Bombay India and then ultimately as owner of the Raj Mahal after a world wide career. Hailing from the mountains of the Himalayas, Rajendra has been very close to the art of cooking since childhood. He trained to be a chef at Dadar Catering college, Bombay, India and was a chef at many 5 star hotels in India and abroad including Switzerland and France. For the past 16 years Rajendra has been heading an Indian Restuarant - Nirvana - in New Orleans, Louisiana.
