This is one of my favorite restaurants. As Colombian I think this is a pure representation of our gastronomic culture. The proposal of this restaurant is to delight us with "Cazuelitas" of the best Colombian gastronomy. Cazuelitas de Ajico Bogotano, Cazuelita Cundiboyacense, & Cazuelita de Mondongo are examples of their menu. However, the most famous one is Cazuelita Arrieros, which is considered the symbol of the place.
