My friend Patrick Rollins owns this distillery with his dad. They make a damn good vodka (available for sampling at my favorite 5 1/2) and they dabble in rum as well. Make a visit to the distillery and check out the tasting room!

Groupons available for tours. Tours are very informative, and the staff is awesome. There are wide varieties of alcohol to choose from.
