The area was declared a Typical Zone (ZT) in 1997, thanks to this fascinating architecture, in addition to the historical monuments that give this value to the environment: the Palace of Bellas Artes (museum), the Bruna Palace, the Posada del Corregidor, the Church of the Vera Cruz, among others. It has lot of bars, restaurants and business of diverse kind.
