There’s always a queue to be seated, but don’t let that put you off—the staff move fast to bring out plates for hungry diners. The signature dish can be served either ‘dry’ or as a soup—go for the former, where the crispy-yet-moist chicken is served as a side to the noodles, in a tasty sauce and topped with coriander, lettuce, shallots, and fried garlic. There’s also a clear soup, which is a refreshing way to end the meal.
