De Salis cellar door is one of the regions highest elevation wineries and therefore afforded some of the best views. It’s owned and operated by a quirky family who are happy to talk you through their process - which in their case is vine to bottle. Also their wine is great.

One of the best vineyards in the region. Known for thier sparkling but everything they do is excellent.
