Beautiful bay perfect for a sunset walk, a long beach trip, or an easy hike. This area has bush and ocean views. This area is easy to access via car but can be visited by bus.

Our favourite nearby Sydney beach at La Peruse. Quiet enough for little kids to swim and splash about, is generally out of the wind and you can get parking. Spend the day and pop on past One Drop Brewery on the way home.

Our favourite beach in the City, the beach is protected by the bay so there are barely any waves which makes it very good for swimming. On busy days we walk a bit further to "Little congwong beach" which is a unofficial nudist beach, the nudist don't really phase us (all though we don't participate!) but it means that beach is a lot quieter then it's bigger brother.

More excellent walking trails and another beautiful beach. Grab some fish and chips and have a picnic by the water or in the park.
