We love hiking Cathedral Rock! It can be a bit intimidating for those who fear heights, but we have hiked this with our kids when 4 years old and 6 years old countless times (as well as with toddlers on our back!)

Cathedral Rock is the most iconic of the rock formations in Sedona. It has an uplifting, feminine energy that will move even the most hardened heart to opening and flowing tears. There is a trail that takes you to the top of the formation, but the energy can easily be felt just a short walk from the parking area. There is a shuttle service to the parking area if no parking is available at the trailhead.
